Group Breathwork Journeys

These 90-minute sessions invite you to drop deeply into the body, release stored emotions, and access expanded states of awareness. Each journey weaves movement, Elemental Rhythm Breathwork and a guided meditation to help you connect with yourself, gain clarity and restore balance. Offered in Cape May, NJ and online.

In a private breathwork experience, we move at your pace. Together we’ll explore what is ready to shift, whether that's emotional release, stress regulation, or intuitive clarity. Sessions can be held in person or online.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an evidence-based practice that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing patterns to regulate the nervous system and tap into the body’s innate intelligence. By shifting the way we breathe, we can move beyond the constant noise of the mind and access the deeper layers of the subconscious — where our emotional blocks, conditioned beliefs, and patterns are held.

During breathwork, the brain moves into a meditative state, transitioning from active beta waves into slower alpha and theta waves. In this space — sometimes called an altered or expanded state of consciousness — the analytical mind quiets, allowing the body and psyche to communicate freely. Insight, intuition, and emotional release become more accessible, helping you process what’s been stored and return to a state of balance and clarity.

Breathwork is both science and surrender — a bridge between physiology and energy, awareness and emotion. It’s a practice that reminds us that healing doesn’t always come from effort, but from allowing the breath to do what it’s designed to do: bring us home to ourselves.

Welcome, I'm Amanda

I’m a breathwork facilitator, coach, mama and a lifelong student of holistic health and personal growth.

After years of supporting others through nutrition and lifestyle changes, I realized that true wellness begins with the breath. When we breathe fully and consciously , everything else (our energy, our emotions and alignment) can flow from that solid foundation. My work blends breathwork, intuitive coaching , and creative visioning to help you return to wholeness and create lasting change from the inside out.
